We research, draft, and file amicus (or friend of the court) briefs to in support of appeals involving issues of interest to civil rights organizations, labor unions, other nonprofit organizations, or other entities.

Types of Appeals

CIVIL RIGHTS APPELLATE LAW

If your case has been dismissed by the U.S. District Court, contact us to discuss how we can help you file an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for your case.

We handle appeals of such Civil Rights Cases as Police Brutality, violation of Voting Rights, violation of First Amendment Rights, and others civil rights violations.

RACE DISCRIMINATION APPEALS

We also handle appeals of your case, if you have been discirminated based on your race by your employer. This can include cases where you have been terminated from your employer, denied a promotion at work, or been paid less than other workers of a different race, despite performing the same job duties.
